Fist visit to the Bistro down below. Loved the cozy atmosphere. Nice clean restrooms. Great cocktails. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Excited to return to try many of the other cocktails on the menu. Would highly recommend

We have a great time in Hastings Nebraska tonight! A great bottle of wine from California. With a meat and cheese board. The honey goat cheese was outstanding! Perfect evening!

Amazing atmosphere. Mixed drinks are amazing. The flatbreads are always good. I didn't love the wedge salad, was mostly gross iceberg. However! Every single other thing I've ordered there has been above par. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant for a date night, night out with friends, or just a good place to go have a drink in a good atmosphere.

I have purchased wine here and attended a Friday night wine tasting in the Bistro Down Below. The wine selection is good, especially for a smaller town. The prices seem reasonable.

The ambiance in the downstairs bistro is relaxing and cozy. The wine tasting was fun and I tried some yummy wines. However, we did have to line up and mill around other people's tables to get each pour, which was a little awkward. It would be nice if the tasting could be set up at the bar area with multiple servers to expedite the process. The staff were super nice and informative.

There's also a full bar and specialty cocktails downstairs. I'll have to try those the next time I'm in town!
